Payment & Insurance
Dr. Stacey Munro does not participate with insurance plans, except Cigna and PHCS/Multiplan insurance. Due to changes with insurance companies and how they are reimbursing providers of all types, we have made the decision to go out of network with all plans before the end of 2025.
Full payment at the time of the visit is expected, with the exception of those patients with Cigna and Multiplan insurance. For patients with any other insurance company, we provide a superbill receipt. This is a form that can be submitted by the patient to their insurance company for reimbursement of the visit. To find out if you may receive reimbursement, check directly with your insurance provider about out-of-network benefits.
The cost of an office visit does not include supplements or laboratory testing. It is the patient’s responsibility to determine coverage of lab testing through their insurance. Lab testing may be covered under your insurance even if the visit is not covered. It is important to go to the lab that is in network with your insurance company. Dr. Munro can provide the appropriate lab requisition for you to use.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) may be used to pay for office services, laboratory tests, and supplements. HSA is allowed for any service or product associated with your visit. FSA can be used for many of the same expenses, but it depends on the plan. Dr. Munro can provide a list of recommended supplements if required by your FSA.

Supplements
Nutritional and vitamin supplements are often recommended as part of your treatment plan. We work with Fullscript as our online dispensary which carries most of the products we have in the office, plus other ones that we don’t carry. All patients are set up with a Fullscript account for ordering convenience. Upon request, Dr. Munro can review your current supplements and make recommendations about how to streamline what you are taking, while getting the best quality ingredients.
